When is the billing done?

The plan & media costs are billed every 31 days from your registration date for the previous 30 days.

The costs arising from the basic fee and media costs will be billed every 31 days from your registration date for the previous 30 days and collected via the payment method stored in your releva.nz account (SEPA direct debit / credit card).

You will receive an invoice from us in advance via email. If no invoice e-mail address has been stored in the account, the invoice will be sent to the account e-mail. All invoices can be accessed in your account (tab “Account” / Invoices).
