Can I use my own product catalog?

Yes, you can use your own product catalog at any time – both on shop level and campaign level.

By default, your shop’s product catalog is automatically synced via the RELEVANZ app. Alternatively, you can integrate your own external product catalog at any time, for example:

  • for shop systems without a direct RELEVANZ app integration where the RELEVANZ pixels were implemented manually. More details can be found here: RELEVANZ Pixel
  • if you want to use a separate catalog for specific campaigns.

Product catalog requirements

To integrate an external catalog, we require the export URL to a product catalog in CSV format.

The file must contain the following required fields:

  • Product ID
  • Product Name
  • Image URL
  • Product URL
  • Price

The following optional fields can also be included:

  • Category
  • Sale Price

Important note

The product and category IDs in the provided product catalog must match the IDs that are passed through the RELEVANZ pixels. This is required to ensure that products can be assigned correctly.
